Hospice of Southwest Florida's mission
is to provide the highest quality of care to
patients and families dealing with
a life limiting illness.
Staff and volunteers are committed
to advancing the hospice philosophy
by providing support, education and research
on local, state and national levels.

Hospice of Southwest Florida
provides its services to all,
regardless of ability to pay.

Hospice of Southwest Florida is an independent, not-for-profit organization offering a home-based, total support system for patients and families dealing with a life-limiting illness, serving 450 patients a day in Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte and DeSoto counties. Named a Champion of the Hospice Industry by Pat Summerall Productions, Hospice of Southwest Florida was recognized for its unique and innovative programs and services, as well as dedication to service.
