Hospice of Southwest
Florida is an independent, not-for-profit organization offering
a home-based, total support system for patients and families dealing
with a life-limiting illness, serving 450 patients a day in Sarasota,
Manatee, Charlotte and DeSoto counties. Named a Champion of the
Hospice Industry by Pat Summerall Productions, Hospice of Southwest
Florida was recognized for its unique and innovative programs and
services, as well as dedication to service.
